Bianca, Chief Strategy Officer at bunq, shapes the company’s user-focused strategy, leading PR, communications, and user operations. Starting at bunq in 2016 as a support guide, she quickly advanced to leadership roles before founding and scaling her own PR agency and an educational platform for startups. After a successful exit, Bianca returned to bunq in 2022 as Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO to remove operational barriers. Now, as a digital nomad herself, she ensures bunq stays aligned with the needs of its global, location-independent users.
