From a young age, Suzanne was determined and driven, with an insatiable hunger for knowledge and responsibility. To develop her expertise in all facets of business, she went through virtually every department after graduating from Hotel School: including HR, Operations, Sales and Product. After nearly a decade at Booking.com, where she helped crucial departments navigate through periods of explosive growth, she took the leap to Swapfiets.

At Swapfiets, Suzanne is at the helm of the Benelux operations as Managing Director. At 38, she joined the highest level of management, charged with leading a team of some 600 professionals. With her pragmatic and ambitious approach, Suzanne dares to show her leadership without hesitation. Her warm and genuine interest acts as a connecting factor within the organization, naturally getting everyone moving in the same direction and achieving tangible results.
